Is this a subscription service?
No. You are only charged for the background checks you conduct. If you do not use our services in a given month, you will not be billed.
How do we pay?
We invoice on the 1st of each month for all background checks conducted in the previous month.
What is the turnaround time?
90% of our background checks are completed within 24 to 72 hours.
Do you submit information to OCM?
Yes. Both you and OCM are notified simultaneously when the background check is completed.
Can I use your service for future employees?
Yes. Once your account is set up, you can order background checks for any future employees as needed.
